Finding My Foundation

My path towards this work began with a growing awareness of the importance of physical health. An early commitment to fitness and mindful eating sparked a lasting passion for understanding the body and its potential. This led me to pursue extensive academic studies in exercise science, athletic training, and kinesiology, culminating in a Master's degree.

For many years, I worked in sports medicine, supporting individuals in their recovery and striving for optimal physical function. This experience, while valuable, also ignited a deeper inquiry into the fundamental drivers of well-being. I began to recognize the profound influence of our lifestyle, particularly our relationship with food and the natural environment, on our overall health.

This understanding led me to a significant shift. I transitioned into health coaching and dedicated myself to learning about sustainable agriculture and our intrinsic connection to the land. Spending the past five years working on farms, I gained firsthand knowledge of how nourishing food, grown in harmony with nature, supports our vitality and resilience.


Root-2-Nature Wellness: Cultivating Inner Strength

Root-2-Nature Wellness is the natural outgrowth of this journey. It reflects my deep belief in our innate ability to heal and thrive when we are grounded in a strong foundation of well-being and connected to nature. I offer integrative wellness coaching, focused on providing personalized guidance to help you cultivate this foundation through my core pillars of wellness:

My purpose became profoundly clear during a 4-day vision fast in the wild, where I felt a deep calling to inspire and lead a revolution in love and nature reconnection that will impact the next 7 generations and beyond.

I am dedicated to guiding you back to a more harmonious relationship with nature, whether through understanding how our food is grown, learning practical ways to connect with the land, or cultivating mindful awareness of the natural rhythms around us.
